5-15-2011 - "Faith Alone Is Not Enough"

In the first chapter of 2nd Peter, the Apostle tells us seven things we are to add to our faith.  The Bible describes faith as either living or dead.  Living faith adds some key ingredients that Peter describes so that faith is fruitful. In this message, faith is compared to baking a cake from scratch.  We wouldn't bake just flour to make a cake.  We need to add some essential ingredients to complete the cake, and so it is with our faith.
